Remake policy
All remakes will be at no charge within the 3 year warranty bracket.
Except under these following circumstances:

1. HDL inquired about the impression, margin, die but the office gave the ok to proceed anyways.

2. HDL requested a try in but the dentist insisted to go to finish.

3. A shade change other then what was on the original RX form

4. Partial denture fits master cast.
