There are no shipping and handling charges, inbound and outbound. Shipping charges may apply for alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, Bermuda, Bahamas, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, and all other International countries.

In order to avoid shipping charges in the areas stated above, please make sure to include a minimum of five cases inside the package. Otherwise, there will be a shipping fee of $22.50 each way.

Shipment charges will be applied to your account for die trims, metal try-ins, re-shades, and glaze.

Pick-ups and Deliveries will occur during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, Excluding Holidays.

HDL is not responsible for lost packages, or delayed transit times set by carriers.
